Scheduled Messages

Keep your participants engaged with automated messages and reminders - straight to their mobile app


Scheduled messages allow you to automate messages, reminders and notifications to your participants. These messages will appear in the Honeybee chat on web and mobile, as well as participant email inboxes. You can access scheduled messages by clicking on:

View, edit and create new scheduled messages by clicking the clock icon in the Hub sidebar
View, edit and create new scheduled messages within the Honeybee chat by clicking on the clock icon in the Additional Features toolbar
